Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE LIVE-TICKETS.COM WEBSITE
This page presents the terms and conditions applicable to ticket buyers.
The services provided through LIVE-TICKETS.COM (live-tickets.com) are intended solely for adult natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, as well as for enterprises, regardless of their legal form. The user who is a natural person declares and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age, by simply accepting this agreement. Each user declares and warrants that, pursuant to the applicable legal provisions, they have the right to use our services and to access the site live-tickets.com, and assumes full responsibility for the choice and use of the services.
1.1. This document containing the terms and conditions applicable to ticket buyers (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") establishes the conditions under which any person may access the Site or use in any way the services offered through it. The Terms and Conditions represent the contract concluded between you and the site administrator; please read this document in its entirety before using the services provided by us.
1.2. Users understand and accept that the use of the Service, the purchase of a ticket on the Site, as well as further accessing or visiting the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
1.3. If you have any questions regarding the content of the Terms and Conditions, the obligations set out in this document, or any other questions related to the Services, you may communicate them to the email address [email protected].
1.4. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall mean:
a) "Site Administrator" is LIVE TICKETS LTD, registered under applicable legislation;
b) "Site" or "live-tickets.com" means the website www.live-tickets.com and the live-tickets.com mobile applications distributed through the GooglePlay platforms (Android version) and AppStore (iOS version);
c) "User" means any person who accesses the Site or uses in any way any Service provided through the Site;
2.1. live-tickets.com is an online ticketing platform (providing users with independent intermediary services). Orders placed on the live-tickets.com website are confirmed by a registration email received after completing the order. Ordered tickets are sent in PDF format by email after the order is completed.
2.2. Following the successful completion of an online order, the purchasing user receives the purchased tickets at the provided email address (for example, if they purchased 2 tickets, they receive a .pdf file containing 2 tickets), which they can then print to present at the entrance of the event venue. Alternatively, the purchasing user can present the tickets directly on the smartphone screen, which we recommend. Access to the event for which tickets have been purchased online is granted upon scanning the QR code on the ticket. QR codes are unique and each allows access for one person only. Once a QR code has been scanned, no other person can enter with it, not even through a different entrance, because all live-tickets.com scanners operate online and are synchronized in real time.
ATTENTION: At the moment of sending the ticket to the email address indicated by the buyer, it is considered delivered and the obligation of the Site Administrator fulfilled. For security reasons and to prevent multiple and/or fraudulent use, after delivery: (a) the ticket can no longer be modified (including, but not limited to, the ticket type, category, time slot or session, as applicable); and (b) the QR code associated with the ticket cannot be regenerated, reissued, replaced or retransmitted in the form of a new code, for any reason, including in the event of loss, deletion, redirection, disclosure and/or unauthorized access to the user's email address. Any derogation shall be made exclusively under the conditions of art. 5.11 of these Terms and Conditions.
The user is obliged to ensure the confidentiality and security of access to the email address, to the account opened on the live-tickets.com platform and to the device on which the ticket is stored, as well as to not transmit the QR code to third parties.
The Site Administrator is not responsible for the unauthorized use of the ticket as a result of the compromise of the user's credentials and/or the disclosure of the QR code to third parties, except in situations where the law provides otherwise or where the incident is caused by the exclusive fault of the Site Administrator.
2.3 Users may opt to receive commercial communications from live-tickets.com, such as promotional offers or event-related notifications, by voluntarily subscribing in the dedicated section on the main page of the site or by subscribing during the ticket ordering process. Subscription is made only on the basis of the user's explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
In the event that you have subscribed to our marketing communications, your email address may be used to create customized audiences and to display advertisements on partner platforms (Meta, Google), based on the consent expressed at the time of subscription.
If you no longer wish to receive these communications and/or personalized advertising, you may easily unsubscribe using one of the following methods: (a) By clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email received; (b) By sending an email to: [email protected], specifying that you no longer wish to receive any commercial communications and/or personalized advertising. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive any commercial communications from us, except those necessary for the completion and management of orders or for the management of your account, as well as those we are legally required to send you. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. For further details, please consult the Privacy Policy.
2.4. At the same time as the online purchase of tickets, the Site Administrator communicates and itemizes the price corresponding to the intermediary services provided, separately from the price of the tickets purchased.
2.5 After being redirected to the payment processor, users have a maximum of 10 minutes to pay for the order, otherwise it will expire, and the selected seats may be occupied in the meantime by another customer.
3.1. The Site Administrator provides users with a single point of contact to facilitate direct and rapid communication regarding the services offered. This point of contact may be used for requests, clarifications or issues related to the use of the platform and is accessible via the email address [email protected].
3.2. Sometimes, due to the large number of requests, receiving a response may take up to 7 days or more, depending on the complexity of the request. We assure you that all customers are equally important to us and that we make every effort to respond to you as quickly as possible and to provide you with quality services.
3.3. All communication with our customers is conducted in writing only, so that we can track discussions and resolve your requests as efficiently, quickly and carefully as possible. We encourage you to use the address above and thank you for your understanding.
For the purchase of tickets, the Site Administrator accepts the following payment methods:
Payments via debit or credit cards are processed by the Site Administrator's partners in the processing of these payments (such as PayU). Communication with the processors is done through a secure SSL connection, with the transmitted data being encrypted. All card information will be processed exclusively by the payment processor.
By keeping the "Enable quick payments" option active, present in the online payment form made available to the Site Administrator by the payment processor, the user gives their consent to activate the service through which subsequent online payments can be made only by entering the CVC2/CVV security code.
A platform online operation fee for orders paid by card is added to card payments. The effective amount payable will be displayed before being redirected to the payment processor's page.
A written request must be submitted to [email protected] for the transmission of bank details.
5.1. ATTENTION: In the event of cancellation of the order or the event, the Site Administrator will only be able to refund the ticket price, and not the price of the intermediary services associated with the purchase (including the ticket issuance price), the online platform operation fee and the services related thereto, once the order has been completed. Cancellation of orders and ticket refunds may be carried out, if the organizer permits this, at live-tickets.com/anulare.
In the event that you opt for a refund of the ticket value to a bank account, please provide us with a valid IBAN from a SEPA member country. The Site Administrator will not refund the value of tickets to accounts registered with banks in other countries or to Revolut accounts.
5.2. ATTENTION: This tool cancels all tickets in an order. You cannot cancel only some of the tickets.
5.3. ATTENTION: Customers who have ordered tickets and paid by card more than 6 months before the moment they wish to receive a refund must use the cancellation tool above to provide us with an IBAN to which they will receive the funds. PayU, the payment processors used by the Site Administrator, can automatically refund only orders placed no more than 6 months ago.
5.4. ATTENTION: For certain events, the organizer is free to not allow the return of a ticket. The purchase of tickets to performances is exempt from the application of the right of withdrawal regulated by applicable consumer rights legislation (EU Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent national legislation), in accordance with the exceptions provided by applicable consumer rights legislation concerning leisure services.
5.5. ATTENTION: Some event organizers have chosen that, in the event of cancellation of an event, they will refund the value of the tickets through the Site Administrator or through another ticketing agency, after 14 calendar days from the date of the cancellation announcement*. In the unfortunate event of the cancellation of such an event, you will be informed by email and the money will be refunded according to the wishes of the event organizer. Please note that only the value of the tickets will be refunded, not the commissions added on top of the ticket price.
*(*) by derogation from the above, for events that were to be held during the period in which the right to organize events is suspended in the context of the crisis caused by COVID-19, the special provisions of art. 5.15 of these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as the legislation adopted by authorities for this purpose.*
5.6. ATTENTION: For certain events on the site, the price of the intermediary services (regardless of their nature) is included in the displayed ticket price.
The services provided by the Site Administrator, including intermediary / ticket issuance services, online platform operation services and the services related thereto, provided to the ticket buyer through the online platform, are exempt from the application of the right of withdrawal regulated by applicable consumer rights legislation (EU Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent national legislation), in accordance with the exceptions provided by applicable consumer rights legislation concerning intermediary services. The price of the aforementioned services appears from the event page and "follows" the buyer up to the final payment page, where it is distinctly highlighted. No additional price or commission is added to the order price without being displayed. The ticket buyer expressly agrees to the commencement of the execution of the services provided by the Site Administrator, namely the intermediary services (including ticket issuance), online platform operation services and the services related thereto, upon completion of the order. The ticket buyer declares that they understand that by completing the order they will lose the right of withdrawal, as a result of the complete execution of the contract by the Site Administrator, for all and any of the services mentioned above.
In accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of ticket purchase, for certain events on the site, the commission (regardless of its nature) or the price of the intermediary services (ticket issuance services), online platform operation fee, etc., is added on top of the ticket price. In other words, the amount paid by you covers both the ticket price and the price of the aforementioned services.
The Site Administrator will refund, in the event of cancellation of the order or the event, only the ticket price and not the price of the intermediary services (including the ticket issuance price, etc.), nor the online platform operation fee related to the purchase made.
The price of the intermediary services (including the ticket issuance price), the online platform operation fee, etc. are not refunded, given that this service was successfully completed at the time of ticket purchase and is not conditional on the actual holding of the event.
5.7. The purchased ticket may only be returned or exchanged if the event organizer accepts it and only in compliance with the conditions set out in point A below, except in the case where the respective event is cancelled (does not take place), in which case the return of the ticket and the reimbursement of the amounts paid will be made pursuant to point B below or to the applicable legal provisions (*), as the case may be. Under no circumstances will reimbursement requests received less than three business days before the date of the event (or the first day of the event, in the case of a festival) be considered.
A. The ticket may be returned within the timeframes and in compliance with the conditions set out below, by submitting a request to that effect to [email protected]:
- if the return request is submitted more than 14 days before the date of the event (or the first day of the event, in the case of a festival), the ticket buyer will receive, as a result of the ticket cancellation, the full amount paid as the ticket price (excluding any other taxes, fees, costs, expenses incurred by the buyer at the time of purchase).
- if the return request is submitted at least 7 days (but no more than 14) before the date of the event (or the first day of the event, in the case of a festival), the ticket buyer will receive, as a result of the ticket cancellation, either 70% of the amount paid as the ticket price (excluding any other taxes, fees, costs, expenses incurred by the buyer at the time of purchase, including, but not limited to, courier fees, booking fees, if applicable, etc.), or a voucher for the amount paid as the ticket price (excluding any other taxes, fees, costs, expenses incurred by the buyer at the time of purchase, including, but not limited to, courier fees, booking fees, if applicable, etc.).
- if the return request is submitted at least three days (but no more than 7) before the date of the event (or the first day of the event, in the case of a festival), the ticket buyer will receive, as a result of the ticket cancellation, either 50% of the amount paid as the ticket price (excluding any other taxes, fees, costs, expenses incurred by the buyer at the time of purchase).
In all of the above cases, the price of the services provided by the Site Administrator will not be refunded and will not be taken into account when determining the value of the voucher.
Depending on the moment the request is submitted, the buyer will fall into one of the situations mentioned in points 1-3 above, without being able to combine or accumulate them. In other words, if the request is submitted 10 days before the date of the event, only point 2 above applies (without cumulatively acquiring the rights mentioned at point 3 above).
B. In the event of the cancellation of an event, please send your request in this regard to [email protected], as well as to the contact address of the organizer of the cancelled event. The Site Administrator will collaborate with the event organizer in question for the purpose of reimbursing the amounts paid as ticket price for the tickets purchased by you, but offers no guarantee in this regard and has no obligation to compensate the ticket buyer in the absence of a prior agreement with the event organizer. In principle, depending on the moment the request is submitted, the amounts will be reimbursed either by the event organizer, if the Site Administrator has already transferred at the time of the request the amounts collected on their behalf from ticket sales, or by the Site Administrator, if it has the organizer's consent for the restitution of these amounts, within a maximum of 15 business days, exclusively by bank transfer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Site Administrator and the event organizer state that only the ticket price will be refunded (excluding any other taxes, fees, costs, expenses incurred by the buyer at the time of purchase, including, but not limited to, courier fees, booking fees, if applicable, etc.).
*(*) by derogation from the above, for events that were to be held during the period in which the right to organize events is suspended in the context of the crisis caused by COVID-19, the special provisions of art. 5.15 of these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as the legislation adopted by authorities for this purpose.*
5.8. Refund methods for the value of tickets depending on the payment method used to purchase the tickets, following the written request received at: [email protected]:
- if the tickets were purchased by card payment, the reimbursement of the amount representing the value of the tickets will be made to the account from which the initial payment was made;
5.9. In the event of loss or theft of online tickets, the purchasing user is obliged to notify the Site Administrator of this fact at [email protected], for the purpose of verifying the situation and applying available technical measures for ticket recovery, as the case may be. The Site Administrator cannot guarantee the recovery of the tickets, as this may be limited for security reasons and for the purpose of fraud prevention. Additionally, tickets can be accessed from the user account on the site and from the LiveTickets mobile application, provided that the user is logged into their account. In the event that the user fails to notify the Site Administrator without delay, or fails to take, in a timely manner, the necessary steps mentioned above for ticket recovery, the Site Administrator assumes no liability for the use of those tickets by another person, nor for the inability of the original buyer to attend the respective event on the basis of the lost/stolen tickets. In the event that the user no longer has access to the email address associated with the account, the recovery of access depends on the email provider's procedures, with the Site Administrator being exonerated from any liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5.10. Under no circumstances may tickets be returned after the event has taken place.
5.11. In all situations in which the user files a compensation claim under the Flex-EnGarde insurance policy, the tickets corresponding to that claim will be cancelled. Regardless of the decision issued by the insurer regarding the compensation claim, the ticket buyer understands and accepts that those tickets can no longer be used for access to the event. Furthermore, the buyer waives any claim against the Site Administrator in connection with those tickets, including the restitution of the amounts paid for them as price, the sole remedy available to the buyer being the compensation owed by the insurer under the terms regulated by the insurance policy.
6.1. At the request of event organizers, the Site Administrator may at any time relocate the tickets you have purchased from the seats you hold to other seats, but will inform you in advance and will send you the new seats by email. These relocations are motivated by measures related to event production and may occur spontaneously even a few days or even one day before the event. The seats you have purchased may be occupied by technical equipment or stage props or may be relocated at the request of the performing artist. Such cases are, however, very rare. In the event that you wish to receive a refund for your tickets if you have been relocated, you may request this and you will receive the amount paid for the tickets.
7.1. The resale of tickets purchased through live-tickets.com (www.live-tickets.com) may be prohibited or restricted by certain organizers. Organizers who have prohibited or restricted in any way the resale of their tickets reserve the right to cancel, personally or through the Site Administrator, all and any tickets offered for sale by their buyers, including on e-commerce websites/marketplaces, as well as the right to refuse access to the event to holders of resold tickets, and will notify you of the measure taken and refund the amounts paid for the cancelled tickets. Please note that in certain situations, the cancellation of tickets will only be ordered if the resale price differs from the one indicated on them (the price paid by you). In all cases, it is recommended that you contact the event organizer to be fully and correctly informed of the restrictions applicable to the resale of the ticket.
7.2. The Site Administrator assumes no liability whatsoever for the validity of tickets purchased from sites other than this one. In this regard, we draw the attention of Users to the fact that by purchasing tickets to an event through means other than those officially communicated publicly by the organizers, they expose themselves to the risk of purchasing counterfeit tickets (for example, but not limited to, multiplied tickets, resold to multiple buyers successively) for which neither the Site Administrator nor the organizer will compensate in any situation Users whose access to the event is restricted on the basis of such tickets.
7.3. In addition to the above, please note that the leisure service (the event, concert, performance of any kind for which you purchased a ticket) is entirely subject to the Terms and Conditions of its organizer. The name of the organizer is mentioned in the purchase process, on the pages of the Site. The organizer's Terms and Conditions may contain additional restrictions applicable to the ticket buyer or event attendee both in the purchase process (e.g., number of tickets available per IP/order) and at the stage of access to the event (e.g., no certain objects, substances, etc.), BUT ALSO sanctions that may extend to the cancellation of the ticket without the right to reimbursement (such as in cases of fraud or scalping, but not limited to these). In such cases, the Site Administrator may be authorized by the organizer to implement certain sanctions (such as the cancellation of certain tickets). For clarity, the decision to apply these sanctions is made by the event organizer, on their responsibility, with the Site Administrator being absolved of any liability.
Data traffic associated with the use of the service is charged in accordance with your mobile operator's tariff plan.
Currently, the platform does not offer gift vouchers.
The Site Administrator may limit in real time the number of tickets available for a given event when demand (global or local) is very high, in order to protect the network/platform from overload and to ensure you the most pleasant purchasing experience. As traffic decreases, tickets will be gradually put back on sale. These practices are common, so sometimes you may notice ticket categories being nearly sold out, after which other tickets will shortly appear for sale.
The Site Administrator assumes no liability for the inability to purchase tickets by Users blocked by the Live-Tickets system due to their association with potential robots or due to the suspicion of using automated scripts for purchasing tickets. In this regard, we draw the attention of Users to the fact that the Live-Tickets system incorporates automatic robot/bot detectors (or similar browser scripts) that purchase tickets through automated or semi-automated procedures. These detectors may block Users' transactions if they observe similar behavior, the software procedure being an automated one. In such situations, the tickets will not be issued, and the transaction will not be successfully completed.
Users are required to use the live-tickets.com platform (www.live-tickets.com) in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, as well as in compliance with the law. Users are therefore required to refrain from abusively using the Site's functions, by using the Service contrary to its purpose and contrary to the Terms and Conditions.
The Site Administrator reserves the right to cancel tickets for which there is a suspicion that they were obtained through fraud against the computer system, as well as to suspend the provision of services to users who violate the provisions above.
Certain organizers may put on sale through live-tickets.com seats with limited visibility. These will have a designation that clearly states this. Seats with limited visibility do not guarantee the best concert experience. You may be required to stand in order to follow the concert, or part of your visibility may be affected by railings or bar umbrellas, sound tents, but not limited to these. Once purchased, these tickets can no longer be returned either before or after the event. The buyer assumes the limited visibility at the time of purchasing the tickets.
14.1. In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and applicable national implementing legislation, the Site Administrator will manage, under conditions of safety and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by users. We inform you that the personal data provided by users to the site administrator are processed for the purpose of providing in optimal conditions the intermediary services for ticket sales to events, including ticket issuance, online platform operation for orders placed by users, and the services related thereto, as well as for direct marketing purposes.
14.2. Each user, at their own option, provides some of their personal data in order to benefit from the service offered by the Site Administrator. Refusal to provide certain data may lead to the inability to access certain services through the Site.
14.3. Your personal data may be disclosed to the contractual partners of LIVE TICKETS LTD involved in the provision of our services, such as courier service providers, accounting service providers, payment processors.
14.4. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, each user has the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to an individual automated decision and the right to seek judicial remedy.
14.5. To exercise these rights, each user may submit a written request to that effect, to be sent by post to the address of the site administrator: LIVE TICKETS LTD, with registered office in ENGLAND, LONDON, 4, FLAT 1, ANGLESEA MEWS, SE18 6ER or by email to: [email protected].
14.6. For customers of Hard Rock Cafe and Beraria H locations: your name, phone number and email address will be communicated to the venue so that they can keep you informed about your reservation. If you notice that they are being used abusively (for other purposes), please contact us. Thank you.
14.7. The Site Administrator processes the personal data of Users in compliance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
14.8 If you have subscribed to our marketing communications and/or have accepted marketing cookies, you express your consent for LIVE-TICKETS.COM to process your personal data for direct marketing and personalized advertising purposes. This may include the use of online identifiers and the creation of interest segments by providing advertisements relevant to you and your interests.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, at no cost, by (a) revoking consent for non-essential cookies; (b) unsubscribing, by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email received; and/or (c) sending a request to that effect to the email address: [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. For details regarding the types of data, durations, recipients and transfers to third parties, please consult the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy.
15.1. LIVE-TICKETS.COM is an online platform through which users of the site may purchase from event organizers access tickets to events organized by them. Consequently, full liability towards users in connection with those events lies with the event organizers. They assume full liability towards ticket buyers for any delays, postponements, cancellations or for any other issues in connection with the events whose tickets have been sold through the live-tickets.com platform, for their conduct under inappropriate conditions or under conditions other than those publicly communicated by the organizer or those provided for by applicable legislation in the matter, as well as for any restrictions imposed with regard to events by third parties involved in their organization or by authorities. The organizer has the right to modify the dates of the event, with the new information being announced through specific means of communication.
15.2. Therefore, the Site Administrator is not responsible for any claim in connection with: the intensity or quality of the sound, visibility, table arrangements in the venue, the setlist chosen by the artist, cleaning services, food and beverage services, security services, cloakroom, bars, but not limited to these. For any complaint relating to the matters mentioned above or to any other matters related to the organization of the event, please address yourself to the organizer.
15.3. The Site Administrator shall not be liable in any form, to any extent, and bears no liability whatsoever for the card payment processing service or for payment services provided by partner mobile operators. The Site Administrator is not responsible for any kind of error and/or fraud arising from, or in connection with, this service. However, although the payment services are offered and directed entirely and independently by our providers, the Site Administrator will take all reasonable measures to limit as much as possible the risk of such errors and/or fraud.
15.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site Administrator does not assume the obligation and does not guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, for the content of any kind on the Site, regardless of whether it is created by the Site Administrator, published on the Site by its contractual partners or at their request, or provided by event organizers to be published on the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Site Content"). The Site Administrator will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Site and will attempt to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible.
15.5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site Administrator offers no warranties or liability for the Site Content and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that might result from the use of any part, sequence, module of the Site Content or from the inability to use it, regardless of the cause thereof, or from the erroneous interpretation of any provisions of the Site Content.
15.6. Users understand and accept that the provision of the Live-Tickets service may be affected by certain objective conditions, as well as that any services offered through the Site are offered on an "as is", "as available" basis, and Users use these services at their own risk. Users understand and accept that the Site Administrator is absolved of any liability in the event of any stoppage, interruption, impairment, malfunction or error in the operation of the Site, in the event of a technical error of any kind or any errors in the provision of the service, as well as in any situation in which it could not be definitively proven that any errors or technical problems of the kind mentioned above are directly and exclusively due to the gross fault of the Site Administrator.
15.7 The Site Administrator makes reasonable efforts to ensure an optimal experience in using the Live-Tickets service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site Administrator offers no warranties or liability for programming errors, bugs or any other technical errors, as well as for elements provided through external services (e.g., hosting services, payment processing, authentication, etc.). Users understand and accept that, in order to remedy errors, bugs, technical non-conformities and/or any other malfunctions, the Site Administrator reserves the right to take necessary and appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, applying updates, carrying out maintenance interventions, cancelling or fully or partially reimbursing non-conforming transactions, such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, incorrect conversions, etc. Users understand and accept that the Site Administrator is absolved of any liability in the event of any loss or damage resulting from such circumstances, as well as in any situation in which it could not be definitively proven that any errors or technical problems of the kind mentioned above are directly and exclusively due to the intent or gross fault of the Site Administrator.
15.8. The Site Administrator assumes no liability for the inability to purchase tickets by Users blocked by the LIVE-TICKETS.COM system due to their association with potential robots or due to the suspicion of using automated scripts for purchasing tickets. In this regard, Users understand and accept that the LIVE-TICKETS.COM system incorporates automatic robot/bot detectors (or similar browser scripts) that purchase tickets through automated or semi-automated procedures. These detectors may block Users' transactions if they observe similar behavior, the software procedure being an automated one. In such situations, Users understand and accept that the tickets will not be issued, and the transaction will not be successfully completed.
15.9. In cases of force majeure and fortuitous events, the Site Administrator and/or its operators, directors, employees, branches, subsidiaries and representatives are fully exonerated from liability. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: operating errors of the Site Administrator's technical equipment, lack of internet connection, computer viruses, computer attacks of any kind, unauthorized access to the Site's systems, operating errors, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, etc.
15.10. Expressly, Users understand and accept that the Site Administrator is absolved, to the maximum extent permitted by law, from any liability for any kind of direct, indirect damages, moral damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, damage to honor and reputation, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of the service or any other aspect related to the service, as well as from the use of the Site Content in any manner or any legal effects deriving therefrom.
15.11. LIVE-TICKETS.COM collaborates with event organizers of good reputation, making all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the platform. However, both the conditions announced for the holding of the event (location, artists, etc.) and the actual holding of an event are independent of the will of LIVE-TICKETS.COM, being under the control of the organizer and the third parties involved (artists, service providers for the organizer, authorities, etc.). Please note that despite all the diligence exercised by organizers, situations beyond their control may arise (such as unfavorable weather conditions, security reasons, illness of artists, technical or administrative problems), which may lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event. In such cases, the organizer is solely responsible for taking the necessary measures: (a) rescheduling the event, to the extent this is possible; or (b) reimbursing the value of the tickets paid, in full or in part, as the case may be, either through the www.live-tickets.com platform or directly to the buyer, in accordance with the procedures publicly communicated by the organizer, with the exception of the price of the intermediary services related to the purchase made (including the ticket issuance price), the online platform operation fee and the price of the related services, which will not be refunded, pursuant to these Terms and Conditions (please refer to art. 5 of this document for details).
LIVE-TICKETS.COM does not verify and does not have access to the contracts concluded by organizers with artists, suppliers or other third parties involved in the organization of events and, consequently, cannot guarantee the presence of the announced artists, the exact schedule or the proper conduct of the event. However, LIVE-TICKETS.COM takes reasonable measures to identify and select its partners, for the purpose of maintaining a high level of trust and professionalism in the events market. In the event of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, LIVE-TICKETS.COM is not responsible for the risks or losses incurred by the consumer, as these are not attributable to the platform. Such risks may include, without limitation: (a) costs related to transportation, accommodation or other ancillary services purchased independently of the entry ticket; (b) inability to attend on the rescheduled date; (c) price differences or inability to obtain a full refund from the organizer.
LIVE-TICKETS.COM acts exclusively as an intermediary between the organizer and the buyer, without holding control over the actual conduct of the event. Therefore, full liability for the potential compensation of consumers lies with the event organizer, who is solely responsible for taking the measures regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of the event and for the consequences deriving therefrom.
16.1. For orders placed on behalf of a legal entity, tax invoices may be issued following a written request submitted to the electronic address: [email protected].
16.2. The request must contain all complete and correct details: the order number or the name under which the order was placed and the complete billing details (company name, tax identification number, trade register number or applicable legal equivalent, registered office, bank account, bank at which the account is held, authorized representative).

If the abusive behavior persists, the Site Administrator may suspend the user's access to the platform or to the notice and complaint mechanisms for a reasonable period of time. The period of suspension of a user will be determined by the severity and recurrence of the behavior. Criteria for evaluating misuse. In order to determine whether a behavior constitutes misuse, the Site Administrator will analyze: the absolute number of manifestly illegal content items or unfounded notices/complaints, reported over a period of time; the proportion of such content or notices in relation to the total activity of the user on the platform; the severity of the misuse, including the impact and nature of the illegal content; the user's intent, where this can be identified.
