Terms:
“Buyer”/ “Client” - a natural or legal person who uses the services of an agent for the sale, reservation and issuance of tickets.
"Electronic Ticket, E-Ticket" - a document generated in electronic format and sent to the buyer's email address by LIVE-TICKETS.COM, which certifies his access to the specified event and contains information about the name, date, time, venue, place dedicated to the buyer at the event (sector number, etc.), cost, as well as additional legal and technical information. The Electronic Ticket cannot be picked up at the counter.
"Ticket" - a document issued on paper, which certifies the buyer's access to the specified event and contains information about the name, date, time, venue, place dedicated to the buyer at the event (sector number, etc.), cost, as well as additional legal and technical information. The ticket can be picked up at the counter indicated on the website.
"Reservation" - an order created and placed in waiting mode to be paid by the buyer.
"Event" - cultural and entertainment event, e.g. theater performance, circus, concert, exhibition, film screening, festival, fashion show, sports event, tournament, as well as any other event.
"Event organizer" - legal entity / individual entrepreneur with the right to organize and hold events.
"Service fee" - remuneration charged in the process of booking, selling and issuing tickets, which is inextricably linked to this process. The service fee is applied for each individual ticket.
The amount of the fee is deducted from the ticket price as a percentage and may vary depending on various conditions and circumstances.
